Revive Fashion - Return & Exchange Policy

At Revive Fashion, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it back or exchange it with another product. Our return policy has your best interest in mind, so be assured of a smooth return/exchange process at revivefashion.ca.

Returning a Product:

  1. To return a product, duly fill out the Return and Exchange Authorization Form (REAF) and submit it within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. In the form, you will need to enter details of your order and reason(s) for returning, incomplete REAF would not be entertained.
  2. Revive Fashion team shall examine the nature of the Return and reply within 3 days of the receipt of REAF.
  3. On receiving Return Confirmation Email from our team, you will be required to mail the merchandise within 3 days.
  4. To securely return the merchandise, follow the Instructions for Packing Merchandise for Return/Exchange
  5. Attach the Original Invoice and a copy of Return Confirmation Email with the package and mail it via courier at the following address:

  1. Once we receive the package, our team will examine the returned merchandise and verify the defects / variations. Please note that incomplete, used, damaged or soiled merchandise will not be accepted.
  2. Upon verification at our end, we will issue you an eGift Card not exceeding the actual value of the merchandise less adjustments for shipping, handling and damages (if applicable).
  3. The eGift Card will be sent to the e-mail associated with your account at revivefasion.ca within 7 days of the receipt of returned merchandise.
  4. eGift Card credits can be redeemed only at our online store (www.revivefasion.ca) within 12 months from the date of issuance.
  5. All the shipping charges associated with returning a product in this case will be borne by the customer including taxes (if applicable). Check Shipping Instructions for further detailsc

Exchanging a Product

Exchange Policy for Wrongly Placed Orders

We advise all our customers to carefully check the specifications (e.g. size chart, color, description, etc.) of the product they wish to buy before placing the order. However, if you have placed a wrong order and / or you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return the product and place a new order at www.revivefashion.ca.

  1. In case you want a different size or color other than the one you ordered and received, we will refund you the price of the original purchase through an eGift Card.
  2. To initiate, duly fill out the Return and Exchange Authorization Form (REAF) and submit it within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. In the form, you will need to give details of your original order and reason(s) for exchange. Incomplete information provided on REAF would not be entertained.
  3. Within 3 days of the receipt of REAF, Revive Fashion team will process your request and email you the Return Confirmation Email.
  4. The previously placed order must be returned after you receive Return Confirmation Email. On receiving the email, you will be required to mail the merchandise within 3 days.
  5. To securely return the original merchandise, follow the Instructions for Packing Merchandise for Return/Exchange
  6. Attach theOriginal Invoiceand a copy of Return Confirmation Email with the package and mail it via courier at the following address:

  7. Once we receive and examine the returned merchandise, we will issue you the eGift Card within 5 days of the receipt that can be redeemed at www.revivefasion.ca within 12 months from the date of issuance. The eGift Card will not be issued unless the product is received by Revive.
  8. You can place a new order upon receipt of the Return Confirmation Email or even earlier (in case you need the new product on urgent basis). You can also choose to wait for the issuance of the eGift Card to place a new order for the product you want as an exchange. However, eGift Card will only be issued after we receive and examine the returned merchandise.
  9. The eGift Card credits will not exceed the actual value of the merchandise less adjustments for shipping, handling and damages (if applicable).

Exchange Policy for Damaged/Incomplete/Wrongly Delivered Orders:

Although we process all the orders with utmost care, but in case of any error from our end; we will happily exchange your order in the shortest possible time.

  1. In case you receive a product which you did not order, or which is damaged or incomplete, fill out the Return and Exchange Authorization Form (REAF) and submit it within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  2. In the form, you will be required to mention the reason(s) for exchange (such as damages or differences, if any) and provide product details. You can also upload the photo of the product so that our team can easily identify the defect.
  3. In case you don’t want any product as an exchange, you can opt for an eGift Card that can be redeemed on Revive Fashion E-store within 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. Our team will examine the nature of exchange, availability of the desired product and get back to you within 5 working days.
  5. We will only exchange the merchandise with the product of same or lower value, within the same or different category, subject to availability.
  6. After receiving Exchange Confirmation Email from reaf@revivefashion.ca, you can mail back the previously placed order to us via courier at the following address:

  7. Please ensure to follow the Instructions for Packing Merchandise for Return/Exchange, attach the Original Invoice and a copy of Exchange Confirmation Email with the package before mailing it back. You are advised to mail the merchandise within 3 days.
  8. In this scenario, Revive would re-imburse the shipment cost to customer in the form of eGift Card and send the original order again on receipt of the merchandise. Check Shipping Instructions for further details

 Instructions for Packing Merchandise for Return/Exchange:

  • Wrap the product securely in the original packing.
  • If original packaging is not available, you can use a sturdy box to pack the product. It is advised that you wrap a product with packing bubbles or any other appropriate material before placing it in the box.
  • Please ensure that all the original tags and accessories (if any) are intact. Any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags, belts etc. must be returned with the product.
  • Damaged, soiled and/or incomplete products will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Don’t forget to attach the Original Invoice and a copy of Return/Exchange Confirmation Email with the package.

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items:

  • All the products purchased from ‘Gifts’ category of www.revivefashion.ca would only be considered for Return/Exchange if the packaging is not opened.
  • We do not entertain Return/Exchange on Jewelry due to hygiene issues, unless falls under our Exchange Policy for Damaged/Incomplete/Wrongly Delivered Orders.
  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for discounted or clearance merchandise. Hence all items purchased from the ‘Sale Section’ of www.revivefashion.ca are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items purchased from third party stores cannot be returned or exchanged at either third party stores or revivefashion.ca. Similarly, items purchased from the e-store cannot be returned or exchanged to any third party bricks and mortar store.
  • All purchases made on eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged at any point in time.
  • Any other items which are marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable on revivefashion.ca cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange will not be accepted for Made to Order (MTO) and custom made merchandise unless an error is occurred at our end.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Before shipping the product for Return/Exchange, make sure that it is properly packed. Revive Fashion will not be responsible for items which we receive in a damaged condition. For further details, please read our instructions for Packing Merchandise for Return/Exchange.
  • We advise selecting an insured mail service such as Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, or Fedex to ensure that we receive your return. Revive Fashion is not responsible for items we do not receive or are received damaged.
  • All the shipping charges associated with returning/exchanging a product including taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise in the Return Confirmation Email.
  • Only in case of Damaged/Incomplete/Wrongly Delivered Orders, Revive would re-imburse the shipment cost to customer in the form of eGift Card.
  • COD deliveries will not be accepted.
