Revive Fashion - Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting Revive Fashion. We strive to provide hassle-free shipping to our customers. All orders are processed speedily so that you can receive your merchandise on time. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We offer shipping all over the world through Canada Post unless otherwise advised. A list of countries where we offer our services can be viewed here.
Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not fulfilled during weekends or holidays. Thus, the orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped within 3 business days.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such case, we will notify you via email or telephone. However, we will not be responsible for any delay caused by the shipping carrier company due to any unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, force majeure, acts of God, natural disasters, and other major events that are clearly outside the control of Revive Fashion.
- If you have ordered multiple products in a single transaction, we will send you all the products in a single shipment. In such case, the shipment will be sent when all products are ready to ship. If you wish to receive the earlier available products first, contact our customer care and we will do the needful.
- The products that require special handling / shipping will be shipped separately from other items in your order. Such products are marked on the store, revivefashion.ca In case a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. The product will be delivered as soon as it becomes available for shipment.

- Shipment processing time for disputed transactions may take longer than usual. If any transaction is flagged in our system, we will conduct all necessary security checks.
- If you want to cancel your order or part of the order, you can do it within 24 hrs from placing the order. To cancel the order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the product code of the item you wish to cancel. The amount received by Revive Fashion less any applicable deductions of taxes, handling fee, etc. for orders cancelled within 24 hrs will be refunded through an eGift Card that can be redeemed at our online store (www.revivefasion.ca) within 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Order cancellation requests will not be entertained if we have already shipped the merchandise. Such cases will then be processed under our Return and Exchange Policy.
- Revive Fashion reserves the right to cancel fraudulent transactions. We have a firm stance against credit card fraud and any such instances will be reported to the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities.
Shipment Methods and Rates:
- Customers can choose from one of the following shipping methods at checkout:

- The rates for the above-mentioned shipping methods will be subjected to current rate list at Canada Post plus the handling fee, if applicable. The handling charges cover the cost for the packaging, repackaging and movement of goods.

- Revivefashion.ca may run promotions from time to time and offer discount on shipping rates. Such promotions will be valid for a limited time only and their terms and conditions will be displayed at revivefashion.ca separately.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Revive Fashion will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All local or international taxes imposed during or after shipping will be the paid by customer. This also applies to all the Return and Exchange items, as identified in our Return / Exchange Policy.
Order Tracking & Receiving:
- You can track your order through Shipment Tracking link that will be given in the Order confirmation email. The Shipment Tacking Link will be powered by Canada Post unless otherwise advised.
- If the order is lost or un-delivered due to wrong address of your preferred location, Revive Fashion will not be responsible for any loss of item.
- If you are not available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will inform you accordingly how to pick up the order or rearrange delivery.
- We will not be responsible for stolen / lost orders that show as delivered on Canada Post or any other shipping carrier. Thus, we advise our customers to be present at the time of delivery of parcel.
- In case the customer is not able to collect the parcel despite repeated attempts by the shipping carrier, the merchandise will be send back to us. All such returned items will only be sent to the customer with additional shipping and handling charges. Our customer representative will contact the customer for payment on delivery of returned items.
